Il cantante degli HATEBREED e produttore, Jamey Jasta, ha lanciato la proposta di riregistrare le parti vocali di “Lulu“, la famosa collaborazione tra Lou Reed e i METALLICA datata 2011.
Jasta proporrebbe di ricantare l’album assieme ad altri artisti quali Dee Snider (TWISTED SISTER), Kirk Windstein (CROWBAR), Sebastian Bach (ex-SKID ROW), Robb Flynn (MACHINE HEAD), Corey Taylor (SLIPKNOT, STONE SOUR), Michael Poulsen (VOLBEAT), King Diamond (MERCYFUL FATE) e altri. Se ottenesse il permesso di farlo, Jasta promette una donazione di 50.000 dollari alla All Within My Hands, la fondazione di beneficenza dei METALLICA.
Appare piuttosto improbabile che l’idea prenda corpo ma non resta che attendere e vedere se il buon Jamey riuscirà in questa impresa.
